MDS QuickBooks Online Integration: End User License Agreement

1. Scope.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the internal MDS QuickBooks Online integration ("the Software"), a private tool operated by Medical Device Specialty, Inc. ("MDS", "we", "us") for its own internal use.

2. Internal use only.

The Software is a single-tenant, internal integration. It connects only to MDS's own QuickBooks Online company file, using MDS's own administrator authorization. It is not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to any other party, and it is not listed on the Intuit App Store or any other marketplace.

3. Data.

The Software reads accounting data from MDS's own QuickBooks Online company and stores it in MDS's own internal systems. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. The Software does not process patient health information.

4. Authorization.

Use of the Software requires a valid QuickBooks Online administrator authorization for the MDS company file. Access is granted and revoked by MDS.

5. No warranty.

The Software is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
